DescriptionFUNCTION: Cell surface receptor for PLXNB1 and PLXNB2 that plays an important role in cell-cell signaling . Regulates GABAergic synapse development (By similarity). Promotes the development of inhibitory synapses in a PLXNB1-dependent manner (By similarity).
