Description

A punctate, filamentous structure composed of Bcl10 that appears in the cytoplasm of T-cells shortly after T-cell receptor stimulation. Polkadots stands for Punctate Oligomeric Killing and Activating DOmains Transducing Signals.

Comment

Note that polkadots also contains some amount of MALT1. Interaction with MALT1 is required for formation of the polkadots.
